9.30 - 11.30am - Thursdays 6th, 13th & 20th June

On this three week course you will work with the tutor and other parents and carers to improve your wellbeing, manage and reduce stress and improve your

self-confidence. You will also increase your understanding of thought and emotion.

Please arrive on time and let the Centre know if you will miss a session.
