This course is designed for new mums and is to help you think about yourself and about the impact of the changes to you and your family now you have a baby.

We cover subjects such as aspirations and mindfulness as well as some early parenting discussions and strategies. The course is very nurturing and the content is varied depending on the needs of the attendees.
