Yoga is a wonderful way to enjoy your baby whilst slowly introducing some gentle stretches in your own body.
Baby Yoga is beneficial for your babies getting them ready for crawling, standing
and walking and easing any digestion issues they may well have or encounter in the future.
It also helps to calm and relax your baby, thus aiding their sleep (and yours!).
It will also help you as a new mummy to regain your post pregnancy figure as well as feel healthier and fitter. Not only do we work on the physical movement of the body we will also be working on breathing techniques and ways to help you gently and mindfully relax and enjoy your role of a mummy.
Some of the yoga moves are for just for mums, some just for babies but most are working together with your babies, the practise is very interactive between the two of you.
