Baby Massage

Four week courses

run regularly at the Centre

on Tuesday's 1.15pm - 2.15pm

This is a 4 week course aimed at parents with babies who are not yet rolling over.

You will be taught the various massage techniques and have time to practice with your baby. This will then be something you can continue to practice at home, and teach to your partner too!

Each week there will be a recap on what has been learned previously and at the end of the course you will receive your own reminder sheet to take away.     

We do ask that parents attend all 4 weeks in order to learn all aspects of massaging babies and for you and the baby to benefit fully.

All you need to bring is yourself, your baby and a towel!

Booking and Cost  

There is a £15 cost for this course which is payable in order to be booked on to the course. There are no refunds for non attendance!

This course is regularly repeated so please ask us for details of upcoming course dates.
