Even when there are no sessions running at the centre staff members are working and are available to see you on a confidential basis for a chat or to give some advice.

We also have lots of information on other support organisations and community activities and can make contact with them for you, or find out other information that you would like to know.

The Centre is usually open as follows but please check the website for notices:

Monday: 12:00 - 3:00
Tuesday: 9:00 - 3:00
Wednesday: 9:00 - 3:00
Thursday: 12:00 - 3:00
Friday: 9:00 - 3:00
